Hand-selected from baby pigs (light porkers) grown in Australia, and exclusively reserved for our Vic’s customers, this is our signature Christmas ham. Expertly smoked over Beechwood for 12 hours, this succulent classic ham boasts an incredible flavour and a delicate texture.

This unique whole baby leg ham weighs between 4 and 7 kilos and is perfectly sized for Christmas gatherings of 8 to 12 people, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of eating a traditional and full leg of ham, without the excess.
